I have tried that already but the problem is I run more then 1 vc server
on the same computer Server2008 rc2 64bit 8gb ram 2T hdd;
VC controller will work with the first vc server that starts and in
most cases it is 1.6 but I can't run VC controller more then
once for say about 6 vc servers.
MAYBE!! is there away to use the vc1.2 update files with 1.01
as the 1.2 update has the file I want but the log.dll and maybe
some other dll's need editing to make the vcded.exe work with 1.01

I already run it with vietcong.exe -dedicated filename.ded
I use ports from 5420 - 5430 to allow me to run upto 10 game servers if i wanted to.
just need away to start vc1.01 without getting that crash error message popup after server reboot.
One hint from Shigor - try to find crashlog on your disc, then delete it. It is possible that it can be in root of c:\ but we don't know the name. There is also pten logfile. I tried to make my game to crash but no success when I need it :-D (It will crash during play, ofcourse - Murphy's law). So my advice - when the game crashed try to find crash log file and delete it. It is easiest way how to disable the question about default mode.

This doing my program... Just need to live him alone
and this version will work for any port only you will not see ip addresses connected to server...
