the patch is available for download in the link provided. There are multiple presets for reshade, and the two highest settings have Screen space reflections. It is pretty HW demanding, and it just makes everything reflective, the shader was originally intended just for screenshots, but many use it for gameplay. I tried adjusting it so it looks good most of the time ("Very high" setting), but some surfaces look sketchy... Try and see for yourself

Improvements
Complete HD texture pack
Modern screen-space shaders
New game launcher
Working V-Sync
New, more detailed shadow maps for all missions.
Increased draw distances for undergrowth, and various other draw distances
Maximum character-shadow detail enabled in all missions
Enhanced rain detail
Optional - Enabling enviromantal audio
Some multiplayer maps also received graphical improvements and were packed into the game
Bugfixes
Training 1 – The mission now correctly registers task completion.
Bahnar Village – Fixed crash at startup. Buildings have been repaired.
Ruins of Po Tlong Karai – Fixed the map’s 3D model and regenerated proper shadow maps.
Ruins of Po Tlong Karai – Increased the volume of the dialogues at the start of the mission.
Radio Relay – Increased the volume of the radio communications in the helicopter.
Hill Assault – Black objects no longer appear in the tunnels.
Bunker – Fixed the material of the photos on the bulletin board so they no longer have black borders.
Multiplayer – Reduced the volume of various sound effects which were too loud.
Various 3D models, their materials, LODs, and collision shapes have been fixed.
