Nothing is working, I can only seem to find my server in LAN.. Any ideas?
Also when I am typing in the ports, there is boxes for "Translate to".. Do I need to fill these in also or just the "Port range" boxes? (Attached a picture so you can see)
The setting on the image appears to be Port Triggering and it is useless for creating a server. Port Forwarding is the function you're looking for. Sometimes also called Virtual Server.
Turns out my HUB is just a ***** to forward ports.. It's a BT Home Hub 5 (UK) and reports all round is that its notorious for being damn near impossible to forward ports properly.. Oh well

Thanks guys
dude did you try to fill it? did it work? let us know and use only 5425 and 15425 both UDP, no need more ports to open for vietcong server, if you changed default port 5425 to another in game settings, then open that port, or if you have more than one server on same IP, second server has to run with other port for example 5426 and this port is needed to be open too surelly
Okay so I have forwarded both ports on my router (first picture)
I've also forwarded both ports on my avast! firewall (second picture)
And I've also attached a picture of my hub's home screen in case you guys see any options which might lead to something

Only one "little" step to do !
Pipe the ports to an internal fixed IP, dont use dhcp.
Give a internal ip to your Servermaschine like 192.168.1.60 and pipe the udp to this ip.
no need static ip, just ensure that your pc has same Local IP as in router's port forward profil BUT if you will make static local ip, you dont need looking to your pc's ip every time when you booted to internet
