HELP me please, i have had this problem since 1 week now. I have tryed to reinstalled whole pc. I run as administrator and use win 7 with vcstarter. This thing suddenly just started to happend. A text docement is getting made in the vc folder (i upload please take a look)
It is probably the sound bug, but i cant fix it. If someone can help me please

Maybe you can explain little bit your problem (VC is not starting is not enough info) and if you solved it just explain how, please. Maybe it can help to other ppl with the same problem in future.
I install vietcong and vcstarter (the new one). Start the game and it runs all fine, i close the game and try to start it again, this time it wont start (im not even getting to the setup screen)
Then i red about sound bug and changed soundcard (clicked on every random button untill it finaly was working). (I have another soundcard installed. It seems that the other soundcard(the card on the motherboard also was running at same time, so i bet there was some confusion between the 2 soundcards.) I uninstalled the soundcard on the motherboard and took the other soundcard as enable.
Then i could run vietcong over and over again. Im not sure if it works when i have rebooted the pc, but i will see what the future brings tomorrow!
Any crashes regarding sound should be fixed in VCStarter 1.4. Have you for sure ticked the option "Fix crashes due to sound problems ..."? It would disable sounds if no output device is found and disable mic initialization if no input device is found.
You changed soundcard by clicking on every random button?! What you mean with that?
Your vcstarter is a great program, but it did not help me with the soundbug problem(yes I'm 100%sure that I checked the fix crash cus of soundbug) or maybe it is helping me now after my changes.
My computer spotted my soundcard but it detected it as a front panel. So I changed the settings too soundcard and disabled the soundcard on the motherboard. Then I ran vc and it have been working since then I'm happy it works and thx again for vcstarter.
