After fighting with vietcong i will post my problem here to hear what can i do?
Problem is:
i have NVidia 250gts, and it work perfect in other new games, but in vietcong not, Windows 7...
When is all on default options from Nvidia, Nvidia drivers stop working on specific places on maps, specially on NvaBase, and that is almost all time...
i fix my problem on half that i override Antialiasing settings to x16 but then i have 40 Fps and on some better maps drops under 20 Fps.
but game is not crashing.
then i put antialiasing to x4, Frame rate is much better but still crash on same specific places in map...
And problem is when that happened im Frozen next 20 sec in game (wait that drivers start work again) and if i not move from that place, driver crashing continue.
And on x4 or in x16 i don't see screen of player settings, and it look like that game lags sometimes because of that.
Thats killing me...
Try to overclock your Video Card with "MSI Afterburner" and see if your FPS increase.....imo the 250gts can be overclocked by 10+ %

Well this GPU is Gigabyte Nvidia GTS 250 1Gb DDR5 last drivers for Win 7 x86, kernelpatch to x64. With patch or without same problem.
I tested her with "Unigine Heaven" 2.0 Benchmark. AAx2 --> wthout AA rates are more more bigger.
I overclock her but i dont like that...
They can't know if i overclock her (i think) but as i say i dont like it.
btw it goes for 18% without any problem, only i think better powersuply
