It took me a while to finish this one, I fixed most bugs that occured during the previous betatests but now I want to officially release this small piece of hard work. Thanks to all who helped me out with scripts and days of testing. This version is still not finished and I would appreciate if all players let me know which bugs are still left and have to be fixed. Be sure to play with the latest VCStarter installed to have an overall good performance. I stitched the textures together so every single sky has two instead of five textures. The file names do not collide with the original names, therefore it is save to use those skies with custom maps, no bugs occur. Content: 47 different skies 47 meshes 94 textures. sky types (excluding variations): 3x altostratus 9x blue clouded 2x cirrus 2x interior 3x night 7x overcast 3x sunrise 5x sunset Hierarchy of skies Overview of all skies To use, just extract the .zip into .../Vietcong/Levels/YOURMAPNAME/ If you want to extract just a single sky, mesh and texture have the same name, for example (file format might differ from texture to texture): sky_altostratus_1.bes sky_altostratus_1.tga sky_altostratus_1_top.bmp Downloadlink: Spoiler: [ShowHide] https://www.dropb...s.zip?dl=0 Maybe this pack gets added to the download section!? Watch out for it :-) Possible Errors: If a sky doesn't load it's texture (is completely white) your graphics card sucks.
