I write this post because I search a tool that I saw 2, 3 years ago with Yrchi.

I think the name was VC Guard but I am not sure to good remember, you can see in the video what is possible to do with it.
I have a 4 Net Players server, and I would like to have total control of it, like its possible in this video, make play players with the same weapons, have total admin about IP, location ...
Its only for personal use in the server, the name is : |FRA| VC-FRANCE 4NetPlayers we are restarting this community, and I would like something strongest that Hradba ...
If you have something else like tool it would be really perfect for us, the principal is to have the maximum of admin control, without spammers, cheaters ... but I don't know a lot of things about prog ... that's why I write here ... I wait some advices from you.
After I know that a lot of this tools are private, but today we are in 2013, this game is now 10 years old, and none new anticheat ... except this sort of tools are came out since 2005 or 2006, and I really don't know where to have some informations about them except here.
