Applying alpha texture over another one
iggy
Hi all, looking for your help
Couldnt find the answer by reading this forum so i'll have to ask you

i47.tinypic.com/25uig0i.jpg

I need texture called TDD_FADE to do this transparency for me, tried some tricks, mixed "type of transparent" in 3ds, uvw's setup was on channel 3 and so on...but cant get this effect as red arrow points.
I got this working few years ago but forgot now.

Could someone in short lines write me some steps, i'll figure it out then Smile

Thanks

apfelbaum
1. load the TDD_FADE into the multitexture channel
2. apply correct uvw's
3. set transparent type to eg. #0
