No,Dingo,you will only have to add addon folder in your Vietcong folder,and to wrote on shortcut on your desktop :
Vietcong (shortcut icon) RightClick > Properties > Target : C:\Vietcong\Vietcong.exe -addon fistalpha ,where blue is your default Vietcong directory.
You can play also Vietcong 1.60 and FistAlpha on same shortcut,just without red thing added on Target.
P.S. You wont have to reinstall anything,just to add something.
