it seems your IP range is blocked. Probably there was some player joined with this IP range on server and server admin decided to block his IP range in way, he won´t be able to recieve information about running server in his serverlist ( this is for all PC with this IP range, even you never joined this server before... )
you can see servers with another IP range or on vietcong1.eu (which obviuosly uses another IP range too)
you should try to contact server admin to find out if this is true reason (if yes, maybe he will make some fix for you )
This is not a mistake, If our protection detects a threat, it blocks access not only from the IP but it blocking the whole country. If you have a static IP, we will grant it an exception.

Thanks homi, surely the problem will be this even if i do not understand well what is the danger for all the servers on this ip. I can understand the prohibition of playing but even seeing the list seems to me too much and useless, in fact, just use a VPN network and everything comes back as before, if there are hackers who want to attack a server this will certainly not stop it.
In fact, I guess there is someone who enjoys using VPN to simulate being an Italian user. Maybe someone who bothered Italian players like me or * Guderian * for example.

This is the maximum number of TCP / UDP connections and the maximum reached speed if a client exceeds this set limit, the system will block access from these IPs.
If this occurs more often, it blocks the entire country, in 99% of cases, the system will release the country after ten days of access, only IPs with abnormal behavior detected in the blacklist.

I also noticed using VPN that the problem also exists from other nations ... France for example, all that is really strange has never happened before.
It seems strange there is a tempting DDoS attack or similar to game servers and that is so long, and I can not understand .... unfortunately though missing so many servers many players do not play anymore, and this certainly does not help a game already in trouble.

We do not register any blocked IP addresses for France or Italy.
The AntiDDoS system has been updated, minor deficiencies have been corrected.
Yes, some VPN / Proxy servers may have a problem, we all know why :-)
