It's the newest version of Brchi's VCStarter. It add's -direct FA support -Windows 8 support -Blood option activation -FPS Limiter (Which solves domis problem without any ectra programm. It works very well!) -UAC support no need to replace vc starter file anymore. (Just replace your vietcong.exe and copy the VCStarterConfig to your vc folder and have fun.)
