BUT, I think that under Windows Vista and Win7, Hradba is detected as a hook and you cannot play Vietcong. VCStarter fixes this problem and you should be able to play Vietcong with Hradba enabled, as God intended.

This things going from old version 1.00 where they try to improve some no sense things... Teleporting, speed hack, under ground hack, etc... So this things are written directly in engine. Maybe this help, This things on version 1.00 not work if server is not open as dedicated. I don't know how is about 1.6 SignatureGoGs
