I replaced mp_helper.ini, installed HTF flag, checked that end rule set to points, but HTF still crashes while loading.

That fixed the crashing
I tested with my 2 computers, points set at 40, In my opinion seemed to go way to fast at 1 point per second, and would be better with weapon choices like CTF.
Also, if I am correct max points set at 100, maybe need to slow down rate of points.
I will put it on my server for further testing and opinions of others and give feedback.
Updated HTF script.
Now there is 2 seconds for one point
And there is easy option to change a time what will give a point ( just change a number after "SECONDS_FOR_POINT" ) in script.
Now you can test with players, what will be good time for point.

Your game modes are going over good, everyone likes the modes, and a change of pace.
When I put them up on server, we are getting players from all over the world 2 thumbs up!
Besides fixing the server crash when time runs out, NOTE: Server does not crash if I manually change map before time runs out.
some input received by players:
GG mode: First player to make kill with last weapon, wins round and game restarts, with end rule like, 2 points = 2 rounds
SSA mode: We like it, good job! Needs end rule fixed
HTF mode: Weapon and class choices same as CTF.
I let time run out once and server did not crash, I will run this mode again tonight and test end rule again.
UPDATE: Played HTF till time ran out, did not crash the server!
Nice job guys - i played in the server when we were trying out SSA & HTF mode.
Some feedback for the HTF mode. Is there a way to make all players without the flag one team, and turn FF off. This would mean you can only kill the person with the flag. Otherwise it's hard to kill/find the flag-holder with everyone constantly killing each other?
Another comment would be HTF mode would work best on open maps without dense bushes to hide in all the time.

I still dont know why GG and SSA crashed in PEPPER's server.
Its working on my 3x editor and hope to get more info from apfelbaum map what is tested on Brchi server.
Fixed one other bug what was reseting player level(GG)
Added class/weapon choice to HTF and enabled radar what will show flag player.
Update my scripts topic later with those fixes.

Another thought about the crashing, I set the map up with end rule of time or points, but not frags, and have only tried map set for time, could this be causing crashing?

GG and SSA now working great with no crash.
HTF however, radar was not working and when map ended we all crashed to desktop. Server also crashed
End rule was set to "points 100" was this to many points?
NOTE: tested with my computers, point set at 20, no crash and radar working, will reset end rule and test again tomorrow on server

Great work with the new modes. GG and SSA are going well and players like them.
I started adding modes to some better maps than the test map I had.
I will add HTF to some different maps and give it a try.
Just tested HTF on server added to larger map, no crash, all worked well
After further testing HTF mode, our experience with the radar is;
You have to turn off Vietnam mode for it to work, so you also have crosshairs and ammo displayed
Opposite teams do not see each other
Only the flag holder see's themselves turn white, teammates and enemy do not see you as white
i am working on my new map with all your scripts. i need to give u some feedback:
1. the level.c u posted in this thread dont work when u dont have those objects (booby trap etc.). But just HTF mode dosnt worked cause of this...
2. After deleting ur level.c the HTF mode was only playable in editor. I choosed ur mp helper. apfelbaum suggested me to choose the rename option of vvh_glag_vc and this worked .
3. have nothing to do with this, but when i start my COOP, CTFbots and ATGbots Gamemodes game said "Initialization failed" and when i start them via editor's game menu i get the "CLN load done failed_001" error. i tried to move bots closer and upper to ground but nothing worked. For my VCCOOP i tried ur vccoop respawn points+script and the normal with USCOOP spwan points but dont work...
Hope somebody can help me...
